Has an undergraduate degree in Popular Culture from Brock University. She also holds a post-graduate certificate in Corporate Communications where she focused on strategic communications. Recently, she finished her Masters of Education, with a focus on adult and online learning.
Jen has over 8 years experience working in various sectors, including Trent University, Nestle Purina, and the Oshawa Community Museum.
In her roles she has helped develop training for social media, as well created and developed strategic plans for positive growth on social channels.
